Corbett National Park is the India 's first and finest park spread over 520 sq. kms. along the banks of the Ram ganga river in the foothills of the Himalayas, just 300 kms. northeast of Delhi .

113 Spices of trees, 50 species of shrubs and over 35 species of bamboo are found here. There are three distinct seasons in Corbett Park, Cold "Nov. to feb", Hot- "March to June", Rainy- "July to Oct". Over 50 mammal, 580bird and 25 reptile species have been listed in the Corbett. Also astounding is the insect life here. Corbett is a known haven for tigers, largely owing to the success of WWF funded project-tiger that was launched on 1st April 1973. Other animals which add to its attraction are : Leopard, Leopard cat, Jungle cat, Fishing cat, Himalayan black Bear, Dhole, Yellow-Throated Morten, Elephant, Porcupine, Chital, Barking deer etc. Some of the birds commonly seen here are osprey, crested serpent Eagle, Blackwinged kite, Shikra, Pallas's fishing eagle, spotted eagle, Minivets, shrikes, Babblers etc.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Delhi/Haridwar-CorbettPark- Arrive Delhi Airport/ Railway Station and transfer to Vehicle. Proceed to Corbett National Park (6-7 hrs. ). Arrive and proceed to your jungle resort. Rest of the day at leisure.Overnight Stay.

Day 02: Corbett Park Early this morning enjoy a game drive in the park by jeep to view some of the most exotic wildlife. and flora and fauna. This afternoon proceed for yet another game viewing drive and try your luck to spot the tiger. Evening at leisure.Overnight Stay.

Day 03: Corbett-Nainital This morning you will be transferred to Nainital (116 kms. / 3 hrs.).which is amidst high ridges thickly clothed in forest of pines and deciduous trees. Upon arrival proceed to your hotel. This afternoon you will proceed for the sight seeing tour of Nainital- visit the Naini Peak and later enjoy an optional cable car ride or enjoy boating on the picturesque Nainilake. Overnight Stay.

Day 04: Nainital Today you will visit some of the most beautiful lakes of the region at the foothills of Himalayas famous for scenic beauty, Bhimtal and Naukuchiyatal. Later drive to Ramgarh and enjoy your delicious lunch in the backdrop of the Snow- Clad mountains. Rest of the day at leisure for shopping and individual activities.Overnight Stay.

Day 05: Depart Delhi/Haridwar Morning drive to Delhi/Haridwar (7- 8 hrs. ). Arrive Delhi/Haridwar in the evening. Board Flight / Train for onward journey. Tour Concludes.

Package Cost Includes:

• Child with extrabed sharing parents room 25% of the above cost and child without extrabed has to pay 15% of the above cost (below 12 years).
• Self pay for vehicle from manali to rohtang pass because Union will not give us permission for our vehicle manali to rohtang pass.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person.
• Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations between 15 days to 20 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention
• Above policy may vary during peak season

What to know before you book

• Hotels are subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Gangotri Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
