Badrinath Dham Tour Package - ( 5 Nights / 6 Days - Ex. Delhi )

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi - Haridwar (210 kms/6hrs) : Arrival Delhi Railway Station, Meet & Assist further drive to Hardwar, en-route lunch. Later drive to Hardwar transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri & join the evening Ganga Aarti & visit local market. After this back to hotel, Dinner & over Night stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Haridwar - Pipalkoti/Joshimath (7-8hrs) : after breakfast drive straight to Joshimath en-route visit Devprayag, Rudraprayag & Karnprayag. On Arrival pipalkoti/Joshimath. Check in the Hotel. dinner & overnight stay at hotel .

Day 3 : Joshimath/Pipalkoti - Badrinath (3-4 hrs) : Morning visit Narsingh Temple & Shankracharaya Math. Later drive to Badrinath, Check in the Hotel. Visit Badrinath Temple for evening Aarti. Night halt at Badrinath.

Day 4 : Badrinath - Shrinagar (7-8 hrs) : Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakapal is significant for Pind dan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sight seeing spot like Mana viallage, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms. of Badrinath temple . Later drive back to Rudraprayag. Check in the Hotel. Dinner Overnight stay.

Day 5 : Shrinagar - Hardwar (150kms/5-6hr) : Drive to Hardwar, en-route visit Rishikesh Local Sight Seeing (Ram Jhulla, Laxman Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Parmarth Niketan, Shivananda Ashram & Gita Kutir). Arrival at Haridwar, transfer to Hotel. dinner & over night stay at hotel.

Day 6 : Haridwar - Delhi (210kms/6hr) : Morning visit Hardwar Local Sight Seeing. Later dep. to Delhi. On Arrival Delhi, Drop at Railway Station/Airport. Tour & Services End.

What is included ?:

• Accommodation in twin/ double sharing in mention or similar hotels.
• Daily breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (AP).
• Transfer & sightseeing as per the itinerary.
• All toll tax, parking fees & driver allowances
• All applicable hotel taxes.

What is not included ?

• The Government Service Tax will be applicable on total bill
• Any Airfare, Insurance
• Entrance fees to monuments
• Expenses of personal nature like tips to waiters, drivers, laundry, alcoholic drinks, telephonic calls etc.
• Entry fees, camera fees etc.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person.
• Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations between 15 days to 20 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention
• Above policy may vary during peak season

What to know before you book

• Hotels are subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Gangotri Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
