Gangotri- Kedarnath- Badrinath Dham Yatra Tour Package - ( 9 Nights / 10 Days - Ex. Delhi )

Tour Itinerary

Day 01 : Delhi - Haridwar (205 Kms. 6 hrs)
Morning on arrival at the Airport / Railway station / Pick Up Point, Meet our representative and drive to Haridwar, on arrival Haridwar Check in Hotel. Later we shall take you for a visit to the Har-Ki-pauri, enjoy the AARTI in the evening, later back to hotel for overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Haridwar - Uttarkashi/Naitala (7 - 8 hrs)
Depart from Haridwar early morning . On arrival check in at the hotel for overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 03: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (90 Km.)
Early morning drive to Gangotri and on arrival take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja after that and relax for some time in the lovely surroundings, afternoon drive to Uttarkashi, on arrival check into the Hotel.

Day 04: Uttarkashi - Guptkashi/Sitapur (Drive 9 - 10 hrs)
After a Very early breakfast, leave for Guptakashi/Sitapur, on the way see the heritage city of Tehri slowly sinking into the mighty waters of the Holy River Ganges, due to the construction of the Tehri Dam. On arrival Guptakash/Sitapur check in at the hotel, O/N stay at Hotel.

Day 05: Guptakashi/Sitapur - Kedarnath - Guptakashi/Sitapur (16 kms trek)
After breakfast leave for Gaurikund, on arrival start your journey on the tough Trek ahead. Stop for lunch en route,. After freshening up, perform Pooja and also Darshan at Shri Kedarnathji. After that also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple, after darshan back to Guptkashi/Sitapur overnight at the Hotel.

Day 06: Guptakashi/Sitapur - Pipalkoti/Joshimath
after breakfast will drive to Pipalkoti/Joshimath, on arrival check in at hotel O/N stay at Hotel.

Day 07: Pipalkoti/Joshimath - Badrinath (3-4 Hrs.)
After breakfast leave for Shri Badrinath Ji . On arrival take the holy Darshan and spend time visiting Mana village -the last village before the Tibetan border, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8: Badrinath - Shrinagar (7-8Hrs)
Morning after Arti Darshan drive to Shrinagar, on arrival check in at the hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9: Shrinagar - Haridwar (6-7 hrs)
After breakfast leave for Rishikesh enroute visit Dhari Devi Temple, only 15 Kms. from Rudrapryag on the way of Rishikesh, after visit the temple drive towards Rishikesh, on the way stop for lunch at Srinagar, Continue the journey and if Time permits, visit Devprayag (The confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, which become the Ganga). Reach Rishikesh in the evening to check in to Hotel. Evening visit Laxamn Jhula and Ram Jhula and, Overnight at Hotel in haridwar.

Day 10: Haridwar - Delhi (210 km)
Morning after breakfast drive to Delhi, on arrival at Delhi Transfer to Airport / Railway station / Dropping Point.

What is included ?:

• Accommodation in twin/ double sharing in mention or similar hotels.
• Daily breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (AP).
• Transfer & sightseeing as per the itinerary.
• All toll tax, parking fees & driver allowances
• All applicable hotel taxes.

What is not included ?

• The Government Service Tax will be applicable on total bill
• Any Airfare, Insurance
• Entrance fees to monuments
• Expenses of personal nature like tips to waiters, drivers, laundry, alcoholic drinks, telephonic calls etc.
• Entry fees, camera fees etc.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to 10% per person.
• Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 25% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations between 15 days to 20 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention
• Above policy may vary during peak season

What to know before you book

• Hotels are subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Gangotri Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
